• Sponsorship opportunities, pricing, placement, and duration may vary by production or platform.
• Any budget ranges provided are for informational purposes and are not final offers.
• Final terms, pricing, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing prior to any agreement.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue sponsorships at our discretion.

3. Brand Alignment & Content Review

To protect the integrity of our productions:

• All brands, messaging, and materials are reviewed for alignment with our voice, values, and audience.
• We reserve the right to request edits, substitutions, or additional information.
• We may decline brands or content that conflict with our mission or community standards.
• Approved content may be edited or scheduled at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to remove or discontinue promotion if brand alignment changes.

 4. Children’s Show & Family Participation

Submissions for children’s or youth-focused programming are subject to the following:

• • Participation is intended for children and youth ages 12–18.

  • All submissions must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Submission does not guarantee participation or airtime.

  • Participation is voluntary and may be withdrawn prior to recording or publication.

  Content & Conversations

  Our children’s and youth programming is designed to create a safe, respectful space for young people to express their thoughts, experiences, and perspectives.

  • Topics discussed during participation may reflect the child’s lived experiences, concerns, or interests.

  • Language and subject matter may vary depending on what the child chooses to share.

  • We do not encourage or promote illegal, harmful, or age-inappropriate behavior.

  • Open and honest conversation is welcomed when shared in a constructive, respectful, and non-glorifying manner.

  Parental Awareness & Presence

  • Parents or legal guardians have the right to be present during conversations or recordings.

  • Participation is intended to give children an opportunity to speak in their own voice, without pressure, coaching, or influence from family members or peers.

  • We ask that parents respect the child’s space to share openly, while remaining available for support if needed.

  Safety & Review

  • All participation is subject to review to ensure safety, appropriateness, and alignment with our mission.

  • Additional consent or release forms may be required prior to recording or publication.

  • We reserve the right to redirect, edit, or discontinue any conversation that may pose a safety or wellbeing concern.

5. Guest & Podcast Participation

Guest submissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Topics, scheduling, and format are subject to approval.
• Recorded content may be edited for clarity, length, or alignment.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel participation at any stage.
• Once published it becomes part of the internet and we will not take down
